Privacy & data
What customer data does Naksalite see?
Naksalite reads order details and available customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, and shipping addresses to display orders and create CSV exports. The live visitor map also processes storefront activity and location data through a Shopify web pixel. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Do you sell or share customer data?
No — never. We do not sell, rent, or trade your customer data. We do not use your data to train third-party models. See our Privacy Policy for the full list.
Where is my data stored?
In encrypted databases in US regions. All traffic is TLS 1.2+. We retain data only for as long as your store is connected.
What happens when I uninstall?
We honor Shopify's shop/redact webhook: within 48 hours of uninstall we mark your data for deletion, and within 30 days it is permanently removed from our primary and backup systems. See Data Deletion.
Can a customer request their data be deleted?
Yes. Shopify will forward the request to us through the customers/redact webhook, and we'll remove that customer's records within 30 days. You can also contact us directly at support@naksalite.com.
Install & setup
How do I install Naksalite?
Open Naksalite’s Order Map & Sales Analytics listing on the Shopify App Store and click Install. Approve the requested data access and choose a plan; your orders then sync automatically.
Does Naksalite work with my existing orders?
Yes. Naksalite syncs your existing Shopify orders and keeps them updated as new orders arrive. Starter maps your most recent 1,000 orders, Standard 10,000, Scale 50,000, and Unlimited has no order cap. Every plan supports all date ranges within those mapped orders.
Do I need to install a theme block or code snippet?
No manual theme edits or code snippets are required. Naksalite runs inside Shopify admin, and its live visitor feature uses a Shopify web pixel.
Which Shopify plans does Naksalite support?
All Shopify plans, including Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Shopify Plus. We use the standard Shopify Admin API.
Features & usage
Can I filter by date and search for orders?
Yes. Use preset or custom date ranges and order search across points, heatmap, and regions views. These features are available on every plan and apply within your mapped order limit.
Can I export selected orders?
Yes, on every plan. Use the lasso tool to select a region and export its mapped orders as a CSV, including available customer and shipping details. This exports order data, not a map image.
Is there a Shopify POS or mobile version?
Naksalite is optimized for the Shopify admin on desktop, tablet, and phone. POS is on our roadmap.
What's the ad spend / ROAS overlay?
Ad spend and ROAS overlays are planned and are not currently available. You can already compare regional sales and order data to inform your marketing decisions.
Billing
What are the plans?
Four plans by order volume — Starter ($9.99/mo, up to 1,000 orders), Standard ($19.99/mo, up to 10,000), Scale ($29.99/mo, up to 50,000), and Unlimited ($49.99/mo, unlimited orders). Every plan includes all map views and a 7-day free trial. See Pricing for the full comparison.
How is Naksalite billed?
Through Shopify's standard app billing — charges appear on your Shopify invoice, not as a separate bill from us.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan offers a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscriptions. Shopify shows the trial and billing details before approval. After the trial, billing continues on your selected plan unless you cancel; there is no free plan.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Uninstall Naksalite from your Shopify admin to cancel the subscription. Review any charges already incurred on your Shopify bill.
