How does the free trial work?
Every plan offers a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscriptions. Shopify shows your trial and billing details before you approve. Your plan’s order limit applies during the trial.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Changing plans does not delete synced orders. A lower tier shows fewer of your most recent orders; upgrading includes more of your history. Date filters apply within the orders covered by your plan.
What's the lasso export for?
Draw a region on the map to export its selected orders as a CSV, including available customer and shipping details. Export works on every plan and uses the orders currently shown by your plan and filters.
How is Naksalite billed?
Through Shopify's standard app billing — charges appear on your Shopify invoice, not as a separate bill from us. Cancel any time by uninstalling from your admin.
